Shipping

How long will my order take? Most items are printed and packed in 2–5 business days; personalized items in 3–5 business days (up to 7 business days from mid-November through December). After that, US delivery takes 4–8 business days with Economy or 2–5 business days with Standard. You'll get a tracking link by email when it ships.

Do you offer free shipping? Yes. Free shipping on orders of $50 or more shipped anywhere in the US, including Alaska, Hawaii and US territories. Other orders are calculated at checkout.

When should I order for the holidays? (2026, contiguous US)

Can I change my address? Only within 12 hours of ordering, since orders go into production quickly.

Personalization

How do I add names? On the product page, type your names into the personalization box(es) before adding to cart. Where a design holds several names, enter one name per line.

Please proofread! We print exactly what you type, including spelling, capitalization and punctuation. Double-check every name before checkout.

Can I return a personalized item? Because each piece is made to order just for you, we can't accept returns or exchanges for typos entered by the buyer, wrong size or color, or change of mind. If we make a mistake, we'll fix it free.

Returns & damages

My item arrived damaged, misprinted or wrong. Email knotstranded@gmail.com within 30 days of delivery with your order number, a clear photo of the issue and (if you have it) a photo of the packing slip or label. We'll arrange a free reprint or refund, and you usually don't need to ship the item back.

My package never arrived. If tracking shows it's lost, or a US order hasn't arrived after about 30 days, email us within a week of that window and we'll help with a reprint or refund.

Wrong size or changed my mind? Made-to-order items can't be returned or exchanged for size, color or change of mind. Please check our Size Guide first; if you're between sizes, size up on sweatshirts and hoodies for a roomier fit.
